The Hill Apartments were built in 2016.
Central Makarska Apartments were newly built in 2021.
Both properties are modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in any of the apartments.
Are children allowed?
The Hill Apartments are suitable for families.
Central Makarska Apartments are not suitable for children.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties and events are strictly not allowed in any apartment.
Quiet hours begin at 23:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
We kindly ask all guests to respect house rules and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 22:00.
If you plan to arrive later than 22:00, please inform us in advance so we can arrange your arrival.
Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in depends on availability and the departure time of previous guests.
We cannot guarantee early access to the apartment, but we will always do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is possible from 06:00 to 10:00.
Is early check-out or late arrival possible?
Yes. Earlier departure or later arrival is possible with prior notice.
Please inform us in advance so we can organize everything smoothly.

The beach and seafront promenade are approximately a 5-10 minute walk away.
The Hill Apartments (Veliko Brdo)
The beach is approximately 5 minutes by car or around 20-25 minutes on foot.

No, a security deposit is not required.
How many guests can stay per apartment?
The Hill Apartments accommodate up to 4 guests per apartment.
Central Makarska Apartments accommodate up to 2 guests per apartment.
Is there self check-in?
No, we provide personal check-in with the host.
We will stay in contact with you on the day of arrival to coordinate your check-in smoothly and welcome you in person.
Is tourist tax included in the price?
Yes, tourist tax is included in the total price of your stay.
There are no hidden additional charges.
